Billing Policy

This Billing Policy ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for billing and payment with Ringer Communications Inc. ("Ringer," "we," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. These terms are subject to modification at any time at our sole discretion.
1. Custom Billing Terms
Billing terms may vary depending on your agreement with Ringer. If you have received a customized service package, the billing terms specific to that package will apply.
2. Per-Seat Billing and Add-Ons
- Ringer utilizes a per-seat billing model with optional add-ons.
- The standard per-seat fee is $60 per month.
- Each "seat" includes one phone account and one phone line.
- AI agent lines are charged at $70 per month per line.
3. Billing Cycle
- Billing cycles are based on the date of sign-up ("Renewal Date").
- Services purchased or activated during a billing cycle will be charged on a prorated basis.
- Refunds for cancellations will also be issued on a prorated basis.
4. Monthly Renewal
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this Agreement renews on a month-to-month basis and resets on the Renewal Date.
5. Plan Cancellation or Pausing
- You may cancel or pause your plan at any time through the billing dashboard prior to your Renewal Date.
- To cancel or pause your plan via customer support, you must contact us at least five (5) business days before your Renewal Date.
6. Payment Terms
- By subscribing to our services, you agree to be billed automatically on your Renewal Date each month.
- You agree to maintain a valid payment method on file with us.
- In the event of a declined payment, you agree to provide an alternative payment method within three (3) business days.
- A penalty of $50 USD will apply for bounced or declined payments via cheques, pre-authorized debits, ACH, or wire transfers.
- No additional penalty applies for declined credit card payments.
- If payment is not received within five (5) business days, we reserve the right to suspend your services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
7. Seat and Account Usage
- By creating a seat or phone account, you agree to retain it for a minimum of fifteen (15) days.
- While accidental deletions are permitted, accounts with frequent short-lived cancellations may be flagged by our system, requiring future cancellations to be processed through Ringer support.
8. Trials and Automatic Billing Conversion
- Adding seats or phone accounts during a trial period will automatically convert your account to a paid plan, and you will be billed immediately.
- Converting to a paid plan before the trial's automatic conversion date will not alter your billing cycle.
